Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the Mugz Wipes "Free Mugz for a Year" giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by Mugz Wipes ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period. Entries will be accepted beginning on the date this Giveaway is announced and ending on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period").

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, visit mugzwipes.com and submit a valid email address using the giveaway entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person or email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about September 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a one (1) year supply of Mugz Wipes product. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize, or Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy and may be used to contact the winner and to send marketing communications where permitted.

10. Release. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
